OPEC at its limit
Just a note before I head out for a mountain bike ride …
There is not a lot of joy in seeing it confirmed that we are right. The Algerian oil minister has now commented that OPEC will be unable to meet demand by the fourth quarter of this year. The growth can only be met if countries have put aside adequate stockpiles ahead of time.
